Paycom - ATS is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to maintain and enhance facility infrastructure while leading construction and vendor-driven projects. The role blends hands-on maintenance (60%) with project management and administration (40%).

You will ensure facilities operate safely, on time, and within budget, aligning with regulatory standards. The position requires coordinating with internal teams and external contractors to deliver upgrades, manage permits, and optimize energy use.

Formación

• 5+ years of facilities maintenance or technical experience.
• Experience supporting or managing construction or facility projects.
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, or industrial environments.
• Construction experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of building systems; ability to read blueprints.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, repair, and improve facility infrastructure.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling for upgrades or remodels.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure permits and regulatory compliance (FDA/USDA/HACCP when applicable).
• Monitor energy usage and drive efficiency improvements.
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental standards are met.
