Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the safe and efficient operation of headquarters in Erie, PA. You will oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, safety, vendor relations, and budgeting to support the organization's mission.

Responsibilities include coordinating preventive maintenance, managing projects, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in facilities management or related field.
• Knowledge of building systems, preventative maintenance, and contractor management.
• Experience managing vendors, service providers, and contractors.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of workplace safety and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable productivity software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of buildings, grounds, equipment, and facility systems.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance programs with leadership and vendors.
• Manage repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and service agreements.
• Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and professional.
• Promote a safe environment for employees, visitors, and other users.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Develop and manage the facilities operating budget.
• Coordinate renovations, moves, and space planning projects.
• Supervise maintenance staff and provide training and direction.
