Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience accepted; bachelor’s or associate’s in related field may be required.
• Experience with building construction, civil/mechanical/electrical/structural projects and budgeting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee major capital projects up to $20–$100 million annually depending on level.
• Coordinate with multiple business units, manage scope, budget, and schedule.
• Negotiate contracts, review submittals and change orders, ensure codes compliance.
• Mentor junior team members and partner with operations for project handoff.
