Job summary

Dominion Energy is seeking a Construction Project Manager I/II to oversee large-scale power generation projects with a hybrid work model in Cayce. The role requires managing technical, construction, quality, cost, and schedule elements, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years for PM I or 3+ years for PM II, with strong PM skills, leadership, and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach project teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with diverse audiences, verbal and written.
• Ability to manage complex projects within time, cost, and quality constraints.
• Willingness to travel and work at construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale power generation projects including technical, construction, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules aligned with the project scope.
• Provide regular reports on milestones, risks, and issues to the project manager or leader.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement lessons learned and best practices.
