Job summary

Dominion Energy is seeking a Generation Project Manager to lead planning and execution of fleet-level nuclear projects. This role focuses on early scope development, cost estimating, scheduling, risk and regulatory reviews, contract negotiations, data management, and executive reporting.

The PM will build strong relationships across engineering, licensing, operations, procurement and vendors to drive disciplined processes and improve fleet performance. Nuclear experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience in construction, engineering, finance, and/or management.
• Minimum 3 years demonstrated project management experience.
• Alternative: related Associate's degree with 9+ years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead early-phase scope development and cost estimating.
• Manage scheduling and risk reviews for fleet-level projects.
• Oversee regulatory review, contract negotiation and data analysis.
