Dominion Energy is seeking a Construction Project Manager I/II to lead large-scale power generation projects, coordinating technical, construction, quality, cost, and schedule with site managers and stakeholders. Regular field presence and a hybrid work arrangement are required.

The role emphasizes budgeting, scheduling, safety, turnover, punch lists, and collaboration with contractors, vendors, and operations. Strong reporting on milestones, risks, and issues is essential.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Demonstrates skills in leading, motivating, coaching project teams and stakeholders.
• Communicates clearly with diverse audiences using verbal, written and visual techniques.
• Ability to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and close complex projects on time, cost and quality.
• Fosters a positive project culture and applies lessons learned and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage aspects of large-scale power generation projects including technical, construction, quality, cost and schedule.
• Support development and management of portions of the project budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, contractors and vendors for timely deliverables.
• Support development, execution and commissioning with adherence to safety and system turnover requirements.
• Provide regular reports on status, milestones, risks, and issues to leadership.
