Job Description Summary

The Facilities Project Manager will serve as the primary contact for all construction-related activities at the Evendale site, maintain facilities processes, and execute requests. This role involves providing project management support across the entire Cincinnati area.

About GE Evendale Campus

The GE Evendale campus is the headquarters for GE Aviation, encompassing large parts manufacturing, engine assembly, testing operations, and engineering labs for both commercial and military clients. The site spans 415 acres, with 100 acres under roof, and employs over 6,000 staff, including unionized workers represented by UAW, IAM, and IGUA.

Essential Responsibilities
  1. Lead design, engineering, and troubleshooting of site projects across all disciplines.
  2. Assist in creating and maintaining Project Management Processes.
  3. Manage projects through schematic design, engineering, financial planning, bidding, construction, and closeout.
  4. Oversee project financials and schedules.
  5. Coordinate with outside vendors and internal unions to execute projects.
  6. Specify project needs, communicate approaches, and present research outcomes.
  7. Collaborate with business leadership and cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet business needs.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Project or Construction Management.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Project Management.
