Job Description Summary

The Facilities Project Manager will be the focal point for all Evendale site construction-related activities, maintain facilities processes, and execute requests. You will provide project management support across the Cincinnati area.

Job Description

The GE Evendale campus is the headquarters for GE Aviation, encompassing large parts manufacturing, engine assembly, testing operations, and engineering labs for both commercial and military clients. The 415-acre site includes 100 acres under roof, with over 6,000 employees, including unionized staff represented by UAW, IAM, and IGUA.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, engineering, and troubleshooting of site projects across all disciplines.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project management processes.
  • Manage projects through schematic design, engineering, budgeting, bidding, construction, and closeout phases.
  • Oversee project financials and schedules.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors and internal unions to execute projects.
  • Define project needs, communicate approaches, and present research outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business leadership and cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet business needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Project or Construction Management.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in project management.
