Job Summary

The Facilities Project Manager will provide management support through interim management at client sites, providing a high level of customer service and program implementation. They will be proficient in the SSC facilities management program to lead various assignments and startups across the country.

This position requires 85% travel supporting accounts throughout the US. When not at a site, the Project Manager will work remotely from home.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement standard programs for custodial, grounds, and plant operations maintenance, following established guidelines.
  2. Take the initiative to install programs needed to manage the assigned unit.
  3. Train account personnel in proper cleaning techniques, grounds and maintenance procedures, and all safety protocols.
  4. Develop and oversee QA programs, CMMS, monthly reports, and QBRs.
  5. Collaborate with clients and staff to provide project status updates and meet customer needs.
  6. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, controlling expenditures within the allocated budget.
  7. Report on project milestones and adjust schedules as necessary.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in custodial, maintenance, or grounds.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Proven ability to define and implement change strategies.
  5. Positive, can-do attitude with a track record of managing priorities within a project.
  6. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Must be authorized to drive a company vehicle; motor vehicle record check required.
  8. Valid driver’s license, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles.
