Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager to deliver comprehensive real estate project management services for assigned markets. You will oversee planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout while coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet scope, budget, and schedule.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, or CCM. Strong analytical, budgeting, and MS Office skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5–8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project management for single real estate projects, from initiation to closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to define scope, budget, milestones, quality, and risks.
• Coordinate resources, solicit proposals, evaluate bids, and recommend selections.
• Establish governance for project documentation aligned with client requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely project reporting; support risk mitigation planning.
• Lead the project delivery team and provide guidance to achieve objectives within budget and schedule.
