Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to oversee lease property tenant build outs, verify occupancies, and ensure compliance with company standards. The role entails coordinating with vendors, reviewing blueprints, and ensuring timely completion of projects at multiple locations in the mechanicsburg area.

Onsite work with travel up to 50% per year is required. A Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of facilities PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in facilities project management.
• Bachelor's Degree in applicable field preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial real-estate permits, processes, and requirements.
• Experience with construction management including bid specifications, reading blueprints and evaluation of design and construction projects.

Responsibilities

Position: Facilities Project Manager

Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position

As a Facilities Project Manager at West Shore Home, you will support the daily tasks for lease property tenant build outs, verifying leased building occupancies, researching property permit requirements, managing facility lease termination conditions, ensuring the West Shore Home brand is represented at all locations.

Key Role Accountabilities

• Ownership over the daily tasks for lease property tenant build outs including verifying leased building occupancies, researching property permit requirements, and monitoring each facility’s condition for compliance.
• Design and construction management including developing bid specifications, reading blueprints and evaluation of design and construction projects.
• Responsible for working directly with vendors and internal departments to coordinate exterior signage, furniture, security, and warehouse layouts to meet Company timeline expectations.
• Travel to each location of responsibility to verify compliance with design, West Shore Home standards, and verify lease commencement.
• Responsible for providing weekly updates on locations of responsibility to the Director of Strategic Sourcing, the Senior Director of Strategic Operations, and various other levels of Executive leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. The company does not and will not sponsor employment visas.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% per year.
• 3-5 years’ experience in facilities project management and a Bachelor's Degree (in applicable field preferred).
• Knowledge of commercial real-estate permits, processes, and requirements, and the principles and practices of project management and contract administration.
• Experience with construction management including developing bid specifications, reading blueprints and evaluation of design and construction projects.
