West Shore Home in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Project Review Manager to ensure accurate product reviews and support Regional Operations and Sales in meeting scheduling targets.
You will lead the Project Review team, monitor performance, coach frontline staff, maintain SOPs with the Director of Purchasing, and assure quality control and product knowledge. This full-time role requires attention to detail and the ability to guide a sizable team toward process excellence.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

As a Project Review Manager at West Shore Home, you will ensure sufficient and accurate products are reviewed to enable the company to meet or exceed scheduling targets. This role will provide support and guidance to the Regional Operations and Sales teams while ensuring all Project Review responsibilities and processes are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
