Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to oversee lease property tenant build outs, verify occupancies, and ensure compliance with company standards. The role entails coordinating with vendors, reviewing blueprints, and ensuring timely completion of projects at multiple locations in the mechanicsburg area.

Onsite work with travel up to 50% per year is required. A Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of facilities PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in facilities project management.
• Bachelor's Degree in applicable field preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial real-estate permits, processes, and requirements.
• Experience with construction management including bid specifications, reading blueprints and evaluation of design and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Own daily tasks for lease property tenant build outs and verify occupancies.
• Coordinate design/construction projects and review bid specifications.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to coordinate exterior signage, furniture, security, and warehouse layouts.
• Travel to locations to verify compliance with West Shore Home standards and lease terms.
• Provide weekly updates to executives on locations and project status.
