Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Science or related field and eight years of related work experience, including two years in lead/supervisory role.
• Experience coordinating engineering, architectural, construction or installation projects across municipal facilities is preferred.
• Ability to develop budgets, schedules, and quality controls with strong project controls.

Responsibilities

• Assigns projects, establishes schedules, monitors staff performance, and ensures timely completion.
• Acts as liaison with customers and contractors to ensure satisfaction and coordinates with agencies and departments.
• Develops and monitors budgets and responds to deviations from approved projections.
• Establishes quality assurance measures and analyzes reports to revise policies and procedures.
