Responsibilities

• Assigns projects, establishes schedule, monitors performance of staff, and ensures project completion within timelines.
• Acts as liaison with customers and contractors to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinates with other agencies, departments, and private utilities involved in or affected by project(s).
• Develops and monitors budgets and responds to deviations from approved projections.
