Job summary

The role emphasizes ensuring material availability, implementing logistics concepts, and delivering on SP targets while managing development suppliers and lead times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or engineering plus 8 years in purchasing or related field.
• 6 years in a customer-facing role and SAP experience preferred.
• Knowledge of aircraft seats is advantageous; strong MS Office skills expected.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing representative for all OEBs with lead time and risk definition.
• Plan all purchasing activities, milestones and lead times for projects.
• Report project status and drive corrective actions to meet SP targets.
• Maintain KPI status and escalate critical topics within the team.
• Ensure raw material availability and implement logistics concepts.
