RECARO Aircraft Seating Americas, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager I to oversee all activities from sales handover through development, certification, supply chain and production, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control and high quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 3 years in program management within aerospace. Travel up to 25% may be required; strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate program from sales handover to closure with cost, timeline, scope and quality ownership.
  • Maintain overall program timeline to meet due dates and manage budgets.
  • Develop project plans and manage program milestones and changes.
  • Communicate with customers and stakeholders and prepare regular progress reports.
  • Lead meetings, manage risks, and ensure compliance with FAA and design standards.
