Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Mission Critical Project Coordinator to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and reliability of critical infrastructure in our facility. You will lead a team of technicians and contractors to ensure uninterrupted operation of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and data center systems, while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate projects, review procedures, monitor performance with BMS/EPMS, and mentor staff to grow technical skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in engineering or technical/vocational with equivalent work experience.
• Certifications in Level I Vibration Analyst and Thermographer; State Hydronics, Electrical, Fire Alarm, HVAC licenses; CFC refrigerant preferred.
• Eight+ years of proven electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in data center environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mission critical maintenance technicians and third-party vendors.
• Maintain continuous operation of UPS, PDUs, generators, switchgear, and HVAC.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Lead response to alarms, equipment failures, and emergencies.
• Monitor performance with BMS/EPMS and facility tools.
• Review procedures (MOPs, SOPs, EOPs) and ensure OSHA/NFPA compliance.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance and shutdowns to minimize impact.
