Qualifications

Specialist in installation, maintenance, repair and operation of electrical power distribution, HVAC and life-safety systems.
Experienced knowledge in electrical and mechanical test equipment.
Ability to interpret environmental blueprints and electrical schematics.
Ability to supervise others in safe work procedures on electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate installation of data processing equipment and determine installation requirements and schedules.
Create and maintain raised floor plan and data/ power paths.
Lead major projects such as capital improvements and tenant improvements.
Respond to emergencies 24x7 and perform hands-on tasks to remedy.
