Titan Electric is seeking an Assistant Project Manager on our Mission Critical team to help keep data centers and critical facilities organized, moving, and ready for milestones. You will work with Project Managers, Superintendents, field leaders, vendors, and owners to track documents, coordinate details, and support day-to-day rhythm of complex electrical construction work.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating data center electrical construction projects.
• Ability to read construction drawings and schedules.
• Strong follow-up and clear written communication.
• Willing to travel to project sites and work on active construction sites.
• Proficient with project management tools and document control systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager by tracking RFIs, submittals, drawings, and meeting notes.
• Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and owners to keep information current.
• Prepare project reports highlighting schedule risks and open items.
• Walk the site with leadership to understand changes and field needs.
• Organize closeout documents, punch lists, and turnover packages.
