Job summary

Ducommun Incorporated is seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager to lead multiple construction, HVAC and electrical projects in Tulsa. You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities, develop IMS, and ensure projects meet time, budget, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include risk mitigation, documentation approval, and daily coordination with Facilities leadership. The role demands hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a bias toward continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• Minimum five years in construction, HVAC or electrical roles.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review proposals to determine time frames, funding and staffing needs.
• Develop and maintain a resource-loaded IMS with duties and authority.
• Manage day-to-day project execution within schedule and budget.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation and corrective actions.
• Approve project documentation including drawings and instructions.
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager daily on progress and risks.
• Prepare and publish forecasts, variance explanations and reports.
• Support site visitors and ensure ITAR/EAR/CMMC/CUI compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
