Job summary

Careerwebsite is seeking a Facilities Project Manager in Los Angeles to oversee multiple college construction and renovation projects from planning through completion, ensuring they stay on budget, on schedule, and compliant with regulations.

You will coordinate architects, engineers, and district staff; monitor budgets, risks, and schedules; prepare project documents for the Board and Chancellor’s Office; and lead contractors through design, bidding, and construction phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, urban planning, or related field.
• Five years of full-time, paid, professional-level experience in planning facilities or managing construction of educational, governmental, or commercial building projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and regulatory compliance.
