Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, urban planning, or related field and four years of professional experience.
• Or PMP certification or CCM with five years of professional experience.
• Valid California driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage college construction and renovation projects.
• Develop budgets and monitor budget controls for design, construction, and equipment.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and district staff throughout project.
• Prepare project approvals and review schedules with Board/office.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and district standards.
