Job summary

Qualifications

• Plans, coordinates, budgets, and manages assigned college construction and renovation projects.
• Interacts with architects, engineers, and college staff to develop plans and specifications.
• Develops budgets and budget controls for design, construction, and equipment phases.
• Prepares project information for review by trustees and regulatory offices.
• Coordinates with maintenance programs, land acquisition, design, and contracting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects through planning, design, construction and closeout.
• Monitor budgets, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Maintain liaison with college administrators throughout project lifecycle.
