Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, facilities engineering, or related discipline.
  • Experience delivering capital projects in large industrial or manufacturing facilities.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing integrated cost, schedule, quality, and risk.
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, civil infrastructure interfaces across complex facilities.
  • Professional credentials (PE, PMP, LEED) or equivalent where relevant.

The role will focus on campus construction and facilities-related capital projects to support operations. This role coordinates electrical, mechanical, civil, building-control, and manufacturing interfaces while managing integrated scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk. You will work within the Facilities Engineering Team, which provides technical expertise and project leadership for facilities-related initiatives. You will manage system interfaces and dependencies, resolve ownership gaps, and ensure that design and execution decisions support the facility. You may bring deep expertise in one engineering discipline, but you must be able to challenge assumptions, evaluate trade-offs, and make sound decisions across disciplines. You will manage facilities related initiatives in areas such as warehouse and distribution, fabrication, assembly, office, and other general facility-level capital investments.
