Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative functions for COM/OHS facilities spanning 10+ buildings.
• Serve as primary communication contact for faculty, staff and students.
• Coordinate renovations, maintenance, access control, audits and safety issues.
• Create and enforce SOPs for the COM facilities team.
• Handle lab closeouts, vendor coordination, and disposal of surplus and waste.
