Job summary

Ohio State Medical Center seeks a Supervisor, Facilities Operations to lead the Mechanical Systems, Electric and Electronic Systems, and Building Systems teams. You will oversee daily operations, maintenance, repairs and projects for hospital facilities, ensuring life safety and regulatory compliance across assigned areas.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and at least three years of progressive supervisory experience with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• For Hire: Bachelor’s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three (3) years progressive supervisory experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Manage designated facilities operations employees and day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate, delegate, and evaluate personnel performance across shops.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain building environments.
