Job summary

The Ohio State Medical Center is seeking a Supervisor, Facilities Operations to lead designated facilities teams and manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and projects to ensure a safe and reliable environment.

You will oversee the Mechanical Systems, Electric/Electronic Systems, and Building Systems shops, coordinate repairs, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting the Medical Center's mission and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three (3) years progressive supervisory experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities operations and supervise designated staff.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, repairs and projects.
