The role emphasizes coordination with PM, facilities, and maintenance, with focus on documentation, reporting, and discreet handling of sensitive information in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in administrative support or project coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to Project Management, Facility Manager, and Maintenance Supervisor.
• Tracks project materials and coordinates with suppliers.
• Coordinates installation and project timelines with customers, sales, and subcontractors.
• Gathers documentation to keep projects on schedule and maintains CRM records.
• Produces reports and handles confidential information with discretion.
• Initiates process improvements to increase department efficiency.
