Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, Interior Design, Construction Management, Cost Estimating, or related field and 8+ years of experience in planning, architectural, design, or hospital/medical facility projects.
• 11+ years of experience in the related fields can substitute for the degree requirement.
• Experience on hospital/medical facility projects and healthcare planning is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads design delivery across capital projects coordinating Planning & Design, PM, stakeholders, and external consultants.
• Drives design clarity early in the lifecycle and monitors milestones and consultant oversight.
• Translates Owner Project Requirements into actionable design strategies and decision frameworks.
• Mentors designers and planners; provides technical guidance on design execution and standards.
