Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Program Manager, IFM to provide facility management expertise across designated programs and client accounts. You will lead meetings, manage budgets, ensure data quality, and prepare comprehensive program reports for the client and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 5–7 years in commercial real estate or facilities management, proficiency with MS Office and AutoCAD, and strong leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional teams across projects and

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, develop and maintain master program budgets and timelines for each program and phase.
Drive program enhancements and growth to meet client needs and goals.
Provide governance to ensure data quality and develop trainings to address inconsistencies or inaccuracies.
Prepare and coordinate program reports for clients and management at all program phases.
Review invoices, change orders and related documents; advise the Account/Portfolio Manager and facility team.
Provide all necessary documentation and reports to the client and building/facility management team.
Cooperate with other facility personnel to meet quality, service, cost and profit goals.
Report major issues to senior management with recommendations.
May establish goals and timetables for supervised units, and manage large data sets with accuracy.
