Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Facilities Manager to provide leadership for a portfolio of client facilities. You will supervise multiple facilities, manage budgets, and oversee teams delivering custodial, engineering, and life-safety services.
Interaction with client leadership and vendors is a core part of this role. The position requires hands-on management of contracts, performance metrics, and capital planning, with travel between properties as needed.
Sr. Facilities Manager
This position has managerial oversight of multiple facilities, an entire campus, or a portfolio of client facilities and has at least one Facilities Manager and/or Assistant Facilities Manager reporting into it.
External relationships: this role will interact with client leadership, client staff, and vendors.
Internal relationships: this role will interact with the IFM service platform, account leadership, and C&W corporate COEs.
Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management or Business Administration required

May require regular travel between properties and locations in varying weather conditions. This key leadership role may travel from 25 -35% nation wide and must be willing and able to travel to support after-hours/weekend account activity as needed.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 102,000.00 - $120,000.00
