Job summary
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Program Manager, IFM to oversee facility management programs for a key client account and portfolio in Missouri. Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum of several years in corporate real estate, space planning, MAC projects, furniture reconfiguration, project or facilities management.
- Proficiency with technology tools: Monday.com, Excel, Word, AutoCAD, PowerPoint, plus adaptability to learn new platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, develop and maintain master program budgets and timelines for each program phase.
- Drive program enhancements and growth to meet client goals.
- Provide governance to ensure data quality and develop trainings for inconsistencies.
- Prepare and coordinate program reports for clients and management teams across all phases.
