Qualifications

• Seven years of supervision experience with 5+ managers/departments in a complex environment.
• Five years in IDIQ management and MEP planning for large facilities.
• Degree in engineering, project management, construction, or related field or equivalent.
• Experience with RS Means or similar estimating software desired.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Maximo highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of day-to-day maintenance operations and IDIQ planning.
• Direct subcontractors and manage performance, budgets, and schedules.
• Prepare scope of work, cost estimates, and technical proposals for client approvals.
• Read and interpret as-built drawings and submittals; present to management and client.
