Job summary

EMCOR Government is seeking an Operations Manager to lead facilities maintenance and operations for the National Archives contract in the Washington, DC area. You will supervise multiple managers and subcontractors, ensure 24/7/365 mission support, and report to program management.

Candidate must have extensive IDIQ experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate across disciplines and sites, including NARA I and NARA II with periodic travel.

Qualifications

• Must have seven or more years of supervision in a complex environment.
• Minimum five years of IDIQ management and MEP planning/estimating.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and oversight of day-to-day contract operations.
• Oversee IDIQ planning, cost estimating and subcontractor performance.
• Manage assets, reporting, and client communications with senior leadership.
• Coordinate with procurement, contracting and Center of Excellence for bids and proposals.
• Ensure safety, quality and adherence to contract requirements.
