Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance.
• Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, direct and control facilities activities.
• Ability to work with customer to find mutually satisfactory solutions.
• Experience with budgeting, contracting and facilities operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Operations in preparing forecasts and updates while meeting contract requirements.
• Directly supervise Chief Engineer and Project Staff.
• Lead a team of technical employees and maintain a trained workforce.
• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and IDIQ construction/renovations.
• Manage contract budget and ensure cost efficiency per contract terms.
• Provide administrative and technical direction to staff.
• Negotiate bids for IDIQ contracts and manage related activities.
• Advise client facilities staff on mechanical/electrical issues and risks.
• Ensure proper upkeep of facilities, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate purchases, inventory, and liaison with architects/engineers/contractors.
• Maintain records, develop training, and sustain a strong safety program.
