Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting Facilities, Operations, Engineering, Construction, Maintenance, Program Management, or Project Coordination.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with reporting and scheduling experience.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of strategic programs and projects.
• Maintain project schedules, action logs, risk registers, and governance docs.
• Develop and publish project and portfolio status reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate governance reviews, leadership meetings, and stage-gate processes.
• Monitor achievements, risks, dependencies, and action items with teams.
• Facilitate communication among project teams, business partners, and leadership.
• Support portfolio planning, prioritization, resource management, and decision making.
• Ensure PMO standards and pursue process improvements for efficiency.
