Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with relevant experience.
• SPC understanding and practical application required.
• Two years of project management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of strategic programs in the SPMO portfolio.
• Maintain schedules, action-item logs, risk registers, decisions, and program docs.
• Collect, consolidate, and distribute portfolio status reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate governance reviews, leadership meetings, and stage-gate deliverables.
• Track achievements and ensure commitments and actions are completed with partners.
• Facilitate communication across project teams, partners, and leadership.
• Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and resource management activities.
• Ensure compliance with established PM standards and documentation requirements.
• Develop presentations and executive summaries for leadership review.
• Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes and reporting tools.
