Job summary

Micron Technology, a world leader in memory and storage solutions, seeks an experienced Project Manager for the OCT organization. You will lead global programs, define scope and timelines, and collaborate with fabs, PMO, and leaders to deliver strategic initiatives and measurable outcomes.

You will drive governance, mentor project managers, and communicate progress to executives and teams across functions, enabling continuous improvement and transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple partners.
• Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a global team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement global cross-functional programs aligned to OCT and company objectives.
• Develop and manage project scope, timelines, resources, and performance metrics.
• Establish governance frameworks to track progress, risks, and changes, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with partners, including fabs, PMO, and functional leaders, to drive alignment and successful delivery.
• Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and performance outcomes.
• Mentor and support project managers while contributing to continuous improvement of project management methodologies.
• Build strong relationships across global teams and deliver presentations on project updates and initiatives.

Education
