  • Facilitate project meetings, leadership reviews, executive reporting, presentations, collaborator communications, lessons learned, knowledge-sharing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Employ approved AI-based, analytics, and automation resources to boost project planning, reporting, risk management, data quality, workflow efficiency, and collaborator visibility while guaranteeing accuracy, conformity, and adequate human oversight of all outputs and decisions.
Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project coordination, project management, maintenance planning, facilities operations, construction, or industrial operations.
  • Experience applying project scheduling, reporting, tracking, and document control systems to support project execution.
  • Strong organizational, communication, time management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with project and maintenance management tools such as PMIS/Procore, SAP, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Ability to effectively bring to bear AI-enabled efficiency tools while validating outputs, safeguarding confidential information, and exercising good judgment when applying results to business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, facilities, utilities, water treatment, or other industrial operating environments.
  • Solid knowledge of ultra-pure water (UPW), wastewater, reclaimed water, and facility infrastructure systems.
  • Experience supporting capital projects, commissioning activities, facility start-ups, production ramp-ups, maintenance outages, and operational readiness efforts.
