The Strategic Program Management Office (SPMO) Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful execution of critical initiatives across the organization. This role serves as a central coordination partner for program managers, project teams, business partners, and leadership. It supports planning, tracking, and completing projects aligned with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include supporting program governance processes, portfolio reporting, project documentation, and insight into schedules, risks, and performance metrics. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will help drive consistency, accountability, and transparency across the project portfolio while enabling informed decision‑making through accurate reporting and effective communication.
Demonstrated ability and willingness to use Micron-authorized AI tools such as Copilot, Mia, and other approved platforms. These tools help increase efficiency, analyze information, automate routine tasks, and identify process improvement opportunities. You must follow Micron AI governance policies while using them. Experience with, or interest in, developing and integrating Agentic AI workflows into current and future business processes.
