Job summary

Secant Group seeks a Facility Engineer I in Telford, PA to support facility improvements under the guidance of a senior engineer. This entry-level role learns building systems, supports projects, and updates on quality, schedule, and costs.

The position is on-site with ~10% travel and requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; familiarity with AutoCAD and CMMS is a strong plus. You will review PMs, coordinate with technicians, ensure documentation is ready, and advise on cost and schedule

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
0-3 years’ related experience preferred.
Experience in a regulated environment (ISO13485 or 21 CFR820) is a strong plus.
Experience with manufacturing support, facility commissioning and FDA validation.

Responsibilities

Learns Building Automation Systems, HVAC, Security, and other building systems.
Supports facility engineering improvement activities and manages smaller projects.
Evaluates risk and recommends engineered solutions to mitigate shutdowns and non‑compliance.
Reviews and updates PMs for HVAC, electrical distribution, and process systems.
Maintains facility documentation and updates schematics under supervision.
Collaborates with engineers and technicians to review new equipment.
