RK&K is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to support the MDOT SHA program in Maryland. The role focuses on managing facilities and maintenance projects, reviewing and approving documents, and coordinating client and internal teams.

The position requires oversight of renovations and new construction, strong knowledge of contractor means/methods, QA/QC, and experience with Procore or similar systems. You will lead meetings and ensure schedules and budgets are met.

Qualificações

• Minimum ten years’ experience managing building/facilities related projects and programs.
• Experience with facility renovations and new construction.
• Capital financial strategic planning experience.
• Provide oversight in the review of Contractors’ submittals, schedules, change orders, etc.
• Experience with project meetings and regularly supporting clients.
• Proficiency with Procore or similar document management software.

Responsabilidades

• Review, negotiate and approve project documents (e.g., schedules, submittals and change orders)
• Oversee facility renovations and new construction
• Provide oversight for the team of maintenance and facilities staff
• Facilitate internal and client meetings, presentations and approval of plans
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of contractor means, methods, measurements and materials
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of QA/QC development and execution process
• Familiarity with interpreting contract specifications, standards, etc.
