Zusammenfassung

RK&K is seeking a construction Project Manager to support multiple Small Capital projects, overseeing pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases for building and facility work.

The role involves meetings with management to understand project programs, schedules, and budgets, plus reviews at each design phase and weekly site visits. A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience with public facilities is required, with CCM/P.E./PMP preferred and a relevant bachelor's degree.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience managing large/medium building construction projects for Municipal, Public industrial or commercial facilities.
• Experience managing projects for Police stations, Fire Stations, and/or Public School Systems.

Aufgaben

• Manage pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases for building projects.
• Lead design reviews, budget and schedule control, and field coordination with general contractors and subs.
