Job summary

RK&K, one of the nation's top consulting firms, is seeking a Facilities Project Manager for our Program and Construction Management division working on Facilities and Maintenance projects for MDOT SHA.

The role requires reviewing and approving project documents, overseeing renovations and new construction, and guiding maintenance teams. Procore and CPM scheduling experience are preferred, with a pay rate of $62–$75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years' experience managing building and facilities projects
• Strong client service orientation and quality focus
• Experience with facility renovations and new construction
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules; review submittals and RFIs

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate and approve project documents (schedules, submittals and change orders)
• Oversee facility renovations and new construction
• Provide oversight for the team of maintenance and facilities staff
• Facilitate internal and client meetings, presentations and approval of plans
• Demonstrate understanding of contractor means, methods, measurements and materials
• Demonstrate understanding of QA/QC development and execution process
• Familiarity with interpreting contract specifications, standards, etc.
