Corewell Health Southfield Center is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to the Facilities Planning, Design, and Construction department. You will coordinate project setup, documentation, and financial coding for capital projects, while ensuring data integrity and timely processing of documentation.

The role involves system integration support, vendor coordination, and generating standard reports, with a focus on compliance, safety, and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in accounting, project management, or business management.
• At least 3 years of administrative/secretarial experience with strong computer skills.
• Experience in a high-volume service industry involving business or accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project setup, documentation, and financial coding across capital projects.
• Maintain data integrity and accurate project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Support system integration, reporting, and payroll accounting data entry.
• Assist with compliance tracking, permit processes, and vendor documentation.
