Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 1+ years' experience in Human Resources, payroll processing, clerical, or customer service in a manufacturing, industrial, military or fast-paced related environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as weekly payroll processing subject matter expert and processor.
  • Serves as a resource to all employees, providing superb customer service by answering questions, providing resources, and helping to resolve issues.
  • Assist in recordkeeping, maintaining Human Resources files and databases, including time-tracking for payroll, monitor and maintain attendance points, FMLA, and vacation tracking.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation preparation and delivery.
  • Maintain knowledge of benefit changes and provide support to annual open enrollment processes.
  • Utilizes and supports digital HR solutions (Scheduling, SAP, Kronos, I9, etc.)
  • All other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will primarily focus on providing support to factory personnel. You will also provide administrative and clerical support within the Human Resources Department. Responsibilities include maintaining payroll processing, employee files, administering employee programs, preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate filing systems. You will also participate in and support employee engagement committees and act as a community outreach liaison to establish partnerships and resources.

The approximate pay range for this position is $50,000 - $61,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
