Job summary

Skyla Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented loan operations teammate to support collateralized lending processes. You will assist lenders with DMV requirements, process loan paperwork, and help ensure the credit union’s interests are secured in collateral. Strong communication with members and staff is essential.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, familiarity with credit unions, and solid Microsoft Office skills. This is a full-time on-site role focused on accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support lending operations for collateral loans with duties to protect the credit union’s interest.
• Assist lenders with DMV requirements and forms related to collateralized loans.
• Process loan documentation, recordings, releases, and lien-related paperwork.
• Contact third parties and members to resolve missing titles and related issues.
• Provide training support and participate in staff development sessions.
• Process daily paid loan reports and ensure correct title mailing.
• Assist collateral protection insurance program as assigned.
• Comply with Federal regulations and credit union policies.
