Job summary

Insight Credit Union is seeking a Facilities Coordinator at the Winter Springs Operations Center to manage mail room operations, coordinate maintenance, and support security initiatives.

The role is based in Winter Springs, FL, with travel to 10 branch locations. It requires a 40-hour week, Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, with potential after-hours or weekend work and basic maintenance skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel to branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the mail room, including pickup and delivery of internal or USPS mail and distributing mail to branches and departments.
• Order and receive supplies and materials; maintain files of purchase orders and contracts.
• Coordinate building maintenance and security needs for all locations; schedule work tickets and contractor visits as needed.
• Assist with evacuation and security program testing and business continuity processes.
• Perform janitorial tasks and maintain cleanliness of facilities; support external vendors as needed.
