Job summary

Insight Credit Union is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Winter Springs, FL. The role focuses on mail room operations, general building maintenance, and supporting security and continuity across 10 branches. The position requires handling mail, supplies, vendor coordination, and basic HVAC tasks, with travel to branches as needed.

Qualifications

• One to three years of related facilities or mail room experience.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to branches.
• Strong written and oral communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day mail room activities, including pickup/delivery of internal or USPS mail and preparing mail bags for delivery to branches and departments; review invoices for accuracy.
• Schedule and respond to maintenance issues; coordinate with contractors and vendors; maintain files of purchase orders and contracts.
• Maintain evacuation and security programs across locations; assist with business continuity testing.
• Perform janitorial duties and ensure cleanliness; coordinate with external vendors.
• Ensure HVAC and building systems are maintained; act as backup to Facilities Manager.
• Travel to branch locations as required.
• Operate office equipment (copiers, fax, mail machines) and manage supplies.
